WHAT SETS US APART

Why Concetta?

I have over 10 years experience across retail and technology companies including Williams Sonoma, Trove, & Instacart.

Williams Sonoma
I grew up in merchandising, design, and project management at Williams Sonoma. I learned the importance of an operational workflow, margin and inventory management, and I respect and participated in the creative process from a drawing on a napkin, or a swatch of color from a silk dress to a product in store.

Trove

I managed partnerships with Nordstrom, REI, Patagonia, Lululemon & Levi’s at Trove. I created first of their kind re-sale launch programs, brought them to market, and build successful KPI’s that were easy to measure and grow. I learned what partners, investors, and internal teams need to operationalize and grow.

Instacart

I worked in partnerships, and Go to Market Strategy, specifically in order fulfillment strategy at Instacart. I participated in pre-ipo prep, and post-ipo earnings call prep. I focused on profitability and systems that work for customers, shoppers, our internal corporate team, and our clients both pre & post-IPO. I learned the art of strategic decision making, weighing trade offs, and the art of a strong framework and planning process.
